Produced from only the purest, filtered Hebridean water, and collected from the fast flowing sound between the picturesque fishing village of Port Wemyss and the lighthouse island of Orsay. Our salt is sustainably hand-harvested, sun-dried, and untreated, allowing the unique mix of minerals from our area of Islay to give the salt it’s unusual texture and extraordinary flavour.
Orsay Sea Salt is a small, family-run business run by island lass Anna Hock on the cliffs above the tide, where Anna lives with her husband and children.
